You zip up and it's on correctly. It covers from my bra line to the middle of my mama pooch which is acceptable. The size chart worked perfectly for me. I can't slouch right now but I'm not uncomfortable even though I'm wearing it wrong lol it's smooth and not visible under a loose tshirt.
